Persistence layer

Note

The in-memory store means that this can be run as a single container and is cheap to run, so this is not a priority.

The use of an in-memory map for basic storage is in use at the moment.

This limits the application to running as a singular service. A persistence layer is required if further scale is ever required.

Turso has a free-tier for libSQL, perhaps this can be useful.
