Install using github: backend: non-executable binary in a zip archive: github:Kampfkarren/selene

Install works, but installed binary is not executable:

$ mise i github:Kampfkarren/selene
github:Kampfkarren/selene@0.30.0                                                                   ◜
mise WARN  github:Kampfkarren/selene installed but not activated — it is not in any config file.
To install and activate, run:
  mise use github:Kampfkarren/selene
$ ~/.local/share/mise/installs/github-kampfkarren-selene/0.30.0/selene
zsh: permission denied: /home/powerman/.local/share/mise/installs/github-kampfkarren-selene/0.30.0/selene
$ ls -l ~/.local/share/mise/installs/github-kampfkarren-selene/0.30.0/selene
-rw-r--r-- 1 powerman powerman 10128824 Feb 21 14:17 /home/powerman/.local/share/mise/installs/github-kampfkarren-selene/0.30.0/selene

This is probably because downloaded zip archive https://github.com/Kampfkarren/selene/releases/download/0.30.0/selene-0.30.0-linux.zip also contains non-executable binary.

Looks like github: backend should be able to do chmod +x for unpacked binaries.

BTW, "aqua:Kampfkarren/selene" works okay (installs executable binary).
