TimeZone/TimeShifting And the New (JavaScript) Zap2XML

Hi everyone! I’m new to zap2xml (longtime user of the perl version) and really appreciate all the work that’s gone into improving it.

I got version 2.1.0 working a couple weeks ago, but noticed the guide times were off by +6 hours compared to Gracenote (e.g., 4 PM news showing at 10 PM). I'm in Mountain Time, so I expected a 7-hour offset from GMT instead.

I'm using MediaPortal, which has a 6-hour XML timeshift option, but that didn’t seem to fix it. Should I be using the --timezone option in zap2xml? If so, what’s the correct syntax for Mountain Time? Or is there a better workaround—or maybe a feature I should request?

Also, EPG data takes a long time to load in MediaPortal, which makes debugging tough. I might try pulling one day of data instead of seven to speed things up, but I don’t get much time to tinker.
