drm/logicvc: Kconfig: select REGMAP and REGMAP_MMIO

drm/logicvc driver is depend on REGMAP and REGMAP_MMIO, should select this
two kconfig option, otherwise the driver failed to compile on platform
without REGMAP_MMIO selected:
