🤝 How to Build with Sovereignty

  1. No 3rd Party Links: All dependencies must be downloaded and served from the root.
  2. Localhost First: Code must be "folder-blind" and use relative paths (./).
  3. Clean Output: When submitting code, remove all AI-generated metadata or span tags.
