"supporting tagline" in theme-twitter

The files `post.html` and `page.html` in `_includes/themes/twtter` both contain the following title block:

    <h1>{{ page.title }} <small>Supporting tagline</small></h1>

I suspect that the phrase "Supporting tagline" was meant to be replaced with a Liquid variable, no?
