Tag v2.6.3-beta1 Release as Prerelease

Release v2.6.3-beta1 should be a prerelease, not a latest release, so automated tools treat the release correctly.

We don't use the "prerelease" feature of Github as it makes it harder to find the beta releases. If you use automated tools you should make sure they parse semver so it can correctly identify prereleases.

You did for the 2.6.0 betas, so it looked like you had changed to doing that as a standard.

That was the opposite outcome I was hoping for lol. But I get your rationale. I'll just manually ignore the beta updates in Obtainium since it doesn't handle semver afaik (or if it does, I'm not sure how to do it).
