Make the letter in the lettrine larger / more consistent with the original.

I assume this is an easy fix, but I don't have context on my system at the moment.

Increasing letter size is possible, but that would take some tinkering with the ornamentation algorithm: if there's not enough space for the curls, more ugly empty spaces would occur. I'll look into it.
