We are unable to release new version of https://github.com/jenkinsci/jfrog-plugin

We are experiencing following error while trying to upstream push to https://github.com/jenkinsci/jfrog-plugin
from our forked repo

remote: Permission to jenkinsci/jfrog-plugin.git denied to RemiBou.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/jenkinsci/jfrog-plugin.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Due to some internal changes in the organisation, we lost the user info for access.

Justification

As we are unsure what email has access earlier for https://github.com/jenkinsci/jfrog-plugin - we need to create a token to push this repo. It is bit urgent for us
