Clicking on the icon in the sidepanel does nothing. For example, if I trigger a job, I see this icon:

This is observable in https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Reporting/job/deprecated-usage-in-plugins/ e.g. using the newest version of the plugin.

Although I'm not entirely sure whether this is supposed to be clickable at all, but if not, maybe the cursor shouldn't turn into a click interaction then.
