Download javascript from CDN instead of packaging in resources

Google Hosted Libraries and Cloudflare host many javascript libraries. Perhaps use one of these content delivery networks instead of packaging the javascript in the plugin resources.

1. Is a cdn any less secure?
2. Is it easier to manage and track the javascript dependencies?
3. Is the network efficiency better?
4. Is it easier to debug the web page?
