Throttling incoming webhooks

What feature do you want to see added?

We use this plugin to react to Artifactory deployment changes. Recently we had a case where a large cleanup in Artifactory triggered around 10.000 webhook events. The plugin scheduled job after job, until our Jenkins basically crashed :)
Are there any means to throttle the scheduling of jobs if large amounts of webhook events are coming in to overload overload situations on Jenkins?

No, you have to throttle some other way. Maby number of running jobs on your Jenkins node.
