[JENKINS-67306] Add an authors table

I need a authors table with the number of commits, last commit date, Today we have this information by file but I need this in general, based on all repository, like gitstats do. A example can be see on https://gitstats-fee1d.web.app/authors.html . The difference is that I need to see all authors on list not just the first 12.

  Yes, this sounds like an interesting addition. Note that the data model currently does not support such a query so this must be changed to get such a statistics.
