PutIFS: Keep path

A nice option for PUTIFS would be to keep the path.

Example

ibmiPutIFS(from: "jail/slimer.png", to: "/tmp/toBeDeleted", keepPath: true)

result

/tmp/toBeDeleted/jail/slimer.png

Maybe something like that:

//in your case with a path relative to the current workspace
ibmiPutIFS(from: "jail/slimer.png", to: "/tmp/toBeDeleted", root: ".") 

//with an absolute path
ibmiPutIFS(from: "/home/venkman/jail/slimer.png", to: "/tmp/toBeDeleted", root: "/home/venkman")

The idea would be to provide the root part of the path that should be removed.

Yes, your solution is much better and very flexible. Maybe 'root' is a bit ambiguous? WDYT about 'baseDir'. When null or not defined the behavior is as it is now (flatten), otherwise it works as you described. I'm fine with 'root' as well.
