docs: optimize and simplify README documentation

- Simplify README.md from 184 to ~80 lines (55% reduction)
- Restructure content with Quick Start section
- Add concise feature descriptions and code examples
- Create README_CN.md for Chinese users
- Merge development commands into single code block
- Streamline FAQ section with essential questions
- Remove redundant installation and contribution sections
