[JENKINS-75069] Add a HTML description in ObjectMetadataAction class #435
Description
Due to issues rendering the object description in ObjectMetadataAction class as HTML content and to prevent an interface disruption with other plugins, a solution would be to add a field htmlObjectDescription and add a new constructor providing this optional parameter.
It was discussed in the PR Branch API 496 with one of the maintainers in order to fix the issue JENKINS-73226 in the Gitea plugin.
