Do cloudbees produce any additional entry for 5425 message format for TLS(TCP)

I am using Winsyslog as syslog server, if we use message format RFC_5425 for TLS communication one additional empty entry is appearing with each message sent this is only happening for 5425, 5424 format there is no any additional entry. So is this the expected behaviour using cloudbees as syslog client.Please can anyone confirm on this.
