User is able to delete file form their 'Home' page files list once logged in.

AC 
-User logs in and is directed to the 'Home' page 
-Here files are listed in table/grid
-User selects the Delete link from the fourth column
-WARNING message appears making sure the user is aware that file will disappear forever if deleted (kept in DB but inaccessible to user)
-User confirms or cancels whether or not they wish to perform the action
