User is able to add files to the server using the 'Add Files' page

-User logs in and is brought to home page
-User selects add files page
-User selects browse button and chooses file from their computer
-File directory text is added to file text area
-User clicks upload to enter file into DB
-Validation is done server side and shown client side upon selection of file
