fix: rename research report in data directory

- Rename src/agentready/data/agent-ready-codebase-attributes.md to RESEARCH_REPORT.md
- Fixes test failure in test_research_version_command

Note: Lychee reports broken external links in research report - these are
known dead URLs from Anthropic/Microsoft/ArXiv that should be updated separately
