Roda 3.101.0 has been released!

New Features

A bearer_token plugin has been added for retrieving a bearer token
(if provided) from the HTTP Authorization header:
```
  # HTTP Header: Authorization: Bearer foo
  r.bearer_token # => "foo"
```
