did update_where suport "<" compression

I want insert data on conflict by updated_at

table.insert_conflict(target: :id,
                            update: update_attrs,
                            update_where: { Sequel[:users][:updated_at] => Time.at(0)...Time.current})
           .insert(**attrs)

I wonder how to support Sequel[:users][:updated_at] < Time.current in update_where condition

I believe this should work:

update_where: Sequel[:users][:updated_at] < Time.current

Or with a hash you can use endless range:

update_where: { Sequel[:users][:updated_at] => ...Time.current }
