can't control my lighthouses

after the newest update my lighthouses show up but any interaction with them using the app doesn't work e.g pressing any of the buttons like sleep or standby does nothing.

Having the same issue with a new basestation I got. I can control the old ones no problem, the new one is visible but not controllable and seems to not report its state.

Forcing the state does not work.

I opend an this issue a long time ago and it dose not look like its going to get fixed anytime soon. For me I use a pixel 7 pro and Any version of the app that doesn't request for location permissions just doesn't work for me so i just down graded to the 3 year old one which is (V1.2.0 +8 ) this worked instently for me however a key not is in this version the status of the base station is always unknown for me. Or alternatively, you can just get the desktop application.
