Valve base stations 2.0 not reacting to any command from the Lighthouse PM App #407

Hi,
I just installed 2 new valve Base Stations 2.0, aswell as the Lighthouse PM app through the Android App store.
The base stations both display a green led indicator and show up in the app with my bluetooth and location enabled.
However they do not react to me changing their current mode (e.g. Sleep/Standby) in the app.
What can I do to resolve this issue and to change their current mode with the app?
