Make reredirect MIPS compatible

Readme.md says that "Ports to other architectures should be straightforward, and should in most cases be as simple as adding an arch/ARCH.h file and adding a clause to the ifdef ladder in ptrace.c."
But I have no knowlesge of assembly. What should be done to create a valid mips.h?

Hello maz-1,

Unfortunately, assembly knowledge is mandatory. You need to know exactly how
syscalls are done on your architecture.

Hello maz-1

In documentation I found (http://www.linux-mips.org/wiki/Syscall), it looks
like arguments to syscall are passed by registers. reredirect has not been
designed for that. You will need to modify ptrace.c (in particular setreg()
macro) in order to make it work on MIPS.
