Missing agent configuration #2

Thanks for making this, I have been getting good use from it, and think it would be a really great instantiation of ralph to iterate from!
I've downloaded the plugin using the plugin marketplace but unfortunately do not see the plugin installed/loaded anywhere when I go to the installed list. I also do not see an agents/ directory which would make the plugin usable as an agent (at least as of claude 2.1.*). It also doesn't appear in the /skills directory under the plugin skills list.
Another advantage of configuring it as a subagent is to bypass allowed permissions using the permission mode "dontAsk" - CC docs on subagents
