Picture in Picture mode (for youtube at first)

Hi! There is already a Decky addon for Picture in Picture, but it cannot log into youtube as it's not a safe browser. Your addon seems to be more fleshed out, do you think it would be possible to add PIP functionality?

Hi. I don’t feel this is really within the scope of this plugin. Maybe you could suggest on the other plugin to take a look how I spawn the browser.
