Change the look of git diff - interactive staging

Since in THIS problem there's no a solution for the pagers while interactive staging... Is there a way to remove the first 4 lines that appear? I'm talking about the ones that have the:

diff --git a/filename b/filename
index #####
--- a/filename
+++ b/filename

So it can be a bit easier to read... I'm just using lazygit but it's pretty different to what I am used to, thanks.
