It's not obvious to me from this screenshot, where in the UI did this show up?

If this is from the main tab when you are focusing a branch... then that date formatting is completely externally to lazygit!

It is running a

git log --graph --color=always --abbrev-commit --decorate --date=relative --pretty=medium {{branchName}} --

and just passing in the branchName that you are focusing.
If you want a different behavior in that panel, you can configure what command runs via:

git:
    branchLogCmd: <insert preferred command> {{branchName}}

(make sure to include {{branchName}} so the command can build correctly)

Modify log time format for git:

git config --global log.date "format:%Y.%m.%d %H:%M:%S"

or edit the global config: git config --global -e to

[log]
	date = format:%Y.%m.%d %H:%M:%S
