Migrate PCBs to KiCAD

Recent [changes in Eagle CAD](http://hackaday.com/2017/01/19/autodesk-moves-eagle-to-subscription-only-pricing/) and its terms of use make it difficult to recommend. It's time to migrate the PCB designs to an excellent open-source software package, [KiCAD](http://kicad-pcb.org/).
