<h1 id="biography">Biography</h1>
<p>Jesus Villalba received his MSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2004 and his PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2014, both from the University of Zaragoza (Spain). His thesis focused on applying Bayesian inference to voice biometrics. In 2015, he joined the company Cirrus Logic (Madrid, Spain), where he was working on robust speaker recognition on embedded devices. In 2016, he joined the Center of Language and Speech Processing (CLSP) at Johns Hopkins University as Postdoctoral fellow. Since 2017, he holds an Assistant Research Scientist position at the same center.</p>
