update firmware to 20230707

What is the patch file included with firmware 20230707 for?
Currently, the coordinator is working on 20230507 but the information LEDs are not working.

This firmware is adapted for JetHome Zigbee sticks. The firmware is based on the latest SDK from TI. The patch includes work with LEDs and an increase in the output power of the transmitter
