I really like the JetKVM, which I mentioned in my other post. However, after using it for a couple of days, I'm switching back to my BliKVM unit for a couple of reasons...
1 - I normally disable WebRTC because it broadcasts your local IP address (bad). Using WebRTC Control extension, you can set it to not broadcast your IP address, but WebRTC is still technically enabled which prevents my PC from sleeping. Maybe there's a workaround, but does JetKVM have to use WebRTC? I was disappointed to see enabling WebRTC is required.
2 - I found that the mouse back and forward buttons do not function through JetKVM, so you have to find the back/forward buttons in the UI manually.
3 - I found that the mouse scroll wheel only scrolls entire pages up/down, rather than just by number of lines. This means you have to manually scroll by clicking on the vertical scroll bar.
4 - (see my other post) the JetKVM viewport in the browser is a fixed size...$\textcolor{olive}{\textsf{it does not automatically size with the size of the browser.}}$ Plus, the JetKVM browser page takes up more space than the BliKVM page. $\textcolor{olive}{\textsf{**Correction... PiKVM does not automatically size the viewport, but does have a maximize button which fills the browser page with the viewport.}}$
$\textcolor{olive}{\textsf{My BliKVM runs PiKVM.}}$
JetKVM is definitely faster and has a smoother feel than BliKVM, but honestly not by that much, and I find that BliKVM does not have any of these issues. Hopefully these can be resolved. I will move the JetKVM to a backup PC were I can keep testing for any of these updates/fixes.
