Add "Force Power Off" Feature via Long Press on Power Button in the ATX extension board

Currently, JetKVM provides physical button parity for reset functionality, but lacks the ability to simulate a "force power off" by holding down the power button. This is a crucial feature that is distinct from a normal reset.

Adding this capability would be incredibly useful, as it would complete the physical button parity. The long press functionality would simulate a user holding down the physical power button until the machine powers off, which is essential for situations where the OS is unresponsive and a simple reset isn't sufficient.

This feature would enhance the utility of JetKVM by giving users a complete set of tools to manage a connected machine, ensuring all bases are covered.
