Handle different keyboard layout (other than qwerty)

When accessing to a remote console via the web ui the keyboard layout should map the guest keyboard layout

Related to #30 - if by "guest" you mean the computer it's connected to, we don't really have a good way to get that information.

I suppose it could pick up the locale of the machine connecting to the JetKVM to try and guess the best keymap.

Closing as this is the feature that #30 hopes to implement, but I would appreciate you upvoting that issue.
