Virtual Keyboard change Language

Hi,

i miss the possibility to change the virtual keyboard to another language, e.g. german.

I'm working on that for the Polish (programmer) keyboard and then will pull in all the other supported languages :)

Hi,
this issue is a duplicate of #30 and #223 and has already been part of the somewhat abandoned pull request #116.
Apparently, i18n for keyboard layouts is in high demand (i am waiting for it as well).
@Nevexo would you mind to consolidate the duplicates? Thanks!
