Bug description

When the JetKVM is connected to the black USB 2.0 ports, it powers on and the display is captured but the USB reports disconnected.

I'm booting from a USB SSD in the top USB 3 port. I had a four port USB 3 hub connected in the lower USB 3 port. When the jetkvm was plugged into the USB 2 port the jetkvm appeared to function, but reported no USB connection.

I finally tried disconnecting the hub and connecting the jetkvm to the lower USB 3 port and USB is functioning.

I assumed Keyboard and Mouse functionality should work fine without the extra speed.

I normally leave the hub plugged in because when I plug other devices into the Pi5 temporarily, it's much less likely to jostle cables and reboot the device.
