Unable to get complete display

Hi,

I have updated my JetKVM to the latest versions but my display is still not working.
I have a HP Mircoserver (Gen8) and it only has display ports.
So I am using a Display Port to HDMI converter (Cheap one off Amazon).

This is the display I get:

Using standard MS Display Driver at 1920x1080 resolution.

For some reason the image upload of the screenshot is failing.
I can see the desktop / top of the app I have open but the reset of the image is grey speckles
