High request duration with a lot of violations

When you have a lot of projects with a lot of dependencies and a lot of violations, request duration can be quite long.

We should:

1. Investigate what makes the request duration so long
2. Any possible optimisations (increasing page sizes in pagination?)
3. Think about adding the option to turn off collecting certain metrics

@jakoberpf Have you had a chance to run the latest version of the exporter? I'd be interested to see how long the scrape takes vs number of violations and number of projects.
