Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Trying to modularise TLSPK / Firefly installation and find that I may need to pass a team id into different modules in terraform. Currently there's no way to look up a team ID in the provider, like there is for the user resource.

New datasource for teams
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Passing ID in variable - requires you to find this which isn't intuitive. Users should pass names, not IDs around. IDs are for computers, not humans.
