[FEATURE] Display container version only if the tool is not able to access registries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While debugging, it was difficult to understand why no metrics were available. It is because the configuration with registries as not been made.
But i was expecting that the tool report the actual version only. But no it was not, no metrics at all.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like that the tool create metrics with the actual version and indicate that it was not able to connect/found the latest image.

Hi, thanks for raising this issue, could you please describe more of your issue? as it's not clear what you want to address here?

If there are no metrics, then there's been an issue (this is typical of many exporters) and the exporter's/Container logs should be reviewed for any errors/issues.

I'm reluctant to add the version(s) as it stands (within the cluster) to the metrics, as this could have a negative impact and people may interpret things as working, when in fact they are not apposed to no metrics at all.

My request is simply that when the tool cannot retrieve the tag of the last available image for an asset X, then it displays a metric containing only the version of the asset error/null
