jetty-ee8-servlet support with Jetty 12.x

Hello Team,

we are now moving to Jetty 12.x version but we want to know more about jetty-ee8-servlet support cycle with Jetty 12.x eol & EOS,

How long fixes are going to be release for jetty-ee8-servlet, jetty-ee9-servlet & jetty-ee10-servlet.

The jetty-ee#-servlet support has no planned EOL.
Having backward compat with the older Servlet namespace is important to maintain, it won't be going away.

That being said, the way the backward compat is maintained means that bugs and quirks in the ee8 layer are likely to remain unfixed just to minimize surprises for folks using that layer.
However, this also means that when you finally graduate beyond EE8 (to something like EE10 or EE11) you'll be in a new Jetty Environment with many bug fixes already applied, so the behavior of your webapp might be different.
