wallet does not send & crash

Hi sir, how are you? we are using your web wallet: all was working fine, but now all our users have problems, they can't send coins, a lot of times the wallet crashed, and receive a error 524, I'm checking and testing the same commands in the terminal, and the costaricadigitalcoin-cli said insufficient funds, in sometimes they can send 5 or 10 coins, but no more..., but we have a good balance in each account that I tried send.
