Support for the JFrog Platform's Projects REST API

Hi

The JFrog Platform REST API now includes endpoints to manage PROJECTS. It would be very handy if the artifactory-client-java included classes to conveniently interact with this endpoint to create, delete, list, and perform other actions on project objects.

Without this feature, we'd have to issue our own crafted REST calls to create projects, assign members to them, etc.
