Adding josm shortcut does not work when area is large. #211
Description
I have added it on Chrome browser Version 115.0.5790.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) and have josm running on my ubuntu machine (22.04) and with josm configured as default editor in OSM My Preferences. I updated configuration for osm-smart-menu as specified in closed issue 14. When clicked, JOSM tries to download the entire viewing area of the browser and fails if it is large. It should download selected changeset/node/way/relation only.
