Standard way of authentication having two containers

Hello,

we have two container on GCP one with Draw.io and one with plantUML image. we want plantUML addon on draw.io and it works without authentication between two container but when we put authentication as per document/link (https://cloud.google.com/run/docs/authenticating/service-to-service#run-service-to-service-example-java) it does not work. We would like to know the process how it should work and if we are following the correct path of integration ?
