how to add permanent properties to all the arguments in the map

Hi!
I'm an helpless student, how can I permanently change the properties "Tree moving" and "autosize" of all arguments and new arguments? I have to manually select this properties for every argument I create, even if I set them as default (on format). How can I do? Please heelppppp
