• problem description
  definition of custom color palette (for group/team usage) is not working in desktop flavor of drawio: configuration details "customPresetColors"/"PresetColors" sections in Extra/Configuration are not taken into account.

• proposed solution
  Extra/Configuration is at least functional for "recentColors", so extend fucntionnality to missing sections could be really interesting.

• proposed alternatives
  store these data in a dedicatd configuration file (editable outside of drawio desktop) could also be a good solution for easy deployment. For now, I did not found such a file.

• Environment
  Windows 11, drawio desktop V29.3.6 installed via cjhocolatey.
