Printing Problems

I've got a diagram that I'm working on, which I can see but I'm having great difficulty printing the diagram on an A3 page. I've got Paper Size set to A3 landscape but when I print it it appears at the top of the A3 in portrait so 1/2 the page is blank. I've also tried printing to PDF but get the same thing.

Any ideas?
