Toggle function for showing all tooltips?

Hiya! First of all, thanks for an amazing product and work!

That said, out of curiosity, I know you can toggle having metadata/tooltips shown by mouse-hover by enabling/disabling it in the view menu.

Is there any way to toggle all metadata/tooltips for all items being shown simultaneously without hover?
